Having a sharp, toothless steak knife is important to avoid tearing the fibres and to allow the food to offer its maximum organoleptic properties as well as a cutting pleasure that contributes to the enjoyment of the meal. That's why our collections of steak knives are made from high-carbon Japanese steels whose cutting edges are hand-sharpened by our craftsmen at the end of the manufacturing process. Feel our relief damascus, a rare feature that makes Ryoma's designs all the more spectacular.

In a box of four steak knives, you'll find our halo damascus, with a blade design that evokes the foam of a stormy sea, and a D-shaped handle so it doesn't roll off the table. It's made from black ebony, the reflections of which reveal dark shades of brown (ref. DSK01).

In a box of six steak knives (ref. DSK02) discover our "octopus damascus". A complex relief damascus designed by our master craftsmen, the result is a visual with slender curves towards the tip like tentacles moving along the blade. The D-shaped handle is made from Italian olive wood, so it won't roll off the table, and feels warm and soft in your hands.

So you have a choice of dark or light, glossy or matt, smooth or soft.
