Haiku is the traditional Japanese line. It is manufactured according to very strict criteria, directly descended from the very long experience of the Japanese in the field of cutting tools. The Haiku Santoku is the indispensable kitchen knife for most common kitchen tasks. Its versatile blade makes it possible to work with meat and vegetables with ease and precision. Unlike the Chef knife, the Santoku generates fewer vibration waves when cutting, making it more efficient and comfortable. The honeycombed version of the blade also reduces food sticking to the blade.
